Return & Refund Policy

At Seasonaliteez, we want you to love your holiday tee as much as we loved designing it. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• It must be in the same condition it arrived
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Free Return Shipping

Seasonaliteez covers the cost of return shipping for all approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We partner with Printify to fulfill orders. If your item arrives with printing issues, damage, defects, or the wrong design/size:

• Email us at support@seasonaliteez.com
• Include photos of the issue
• We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to:

• Choosing the wrong size
• Color preference
• Buyer’s remorse

Refund Timing

Once your return is approved or your issue is verified, refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
